Station enclosures are designed in-house, optimised for IP55/IK10 protection, efficient thermal dissipation and easy component access for maintenance. Materials and finishes are selected for durability in outdoor conditions (−30°C / +55°C).
The electrical architecture is designed for high efficiency, reliability and simplified maintenance. Stations use SiC topology with over 97% efficiency, industrial protection systems and MID metering for legal energy measurement.
Control electronics and operating software are integrated and configured by our team for each hardware platform. The system supports OTA updates, remote monitoring and native integration with our proprietary cloud platform.
Electrical and electronic panels are assembled in-house according to production documentation. Every assembly is verified before integration into the final station.
Station assembly involves mounting the panel in the enclosure, connecting power converters, integrating MID meters, the display and connector systems. Standardised procedures ensure repeatability and consistent quality for every unit produced.
The process includes full functional verification, rated power testing, OCPP communication validation, MID meter calibration and sealing, and connection to the EVPLUG platform for activation and monitoring.
EVPLUG products are certified to EN 61851 by RENAR-accredited bodies and meet AFIR requirements for public charging infrastructure. EMC and LVD tests are carried out in accredited laboratories, and energy metering is provided by certified MID equipment.
The EcoLine 60WMS-G2 provides simultaneous charging for one DC and one AC vehicle, via three connector types: CCS2, CHAdeMO and AC Type2. Designed to serve every electric vehicle, including older models with the CHAdeMO protocol.
