INFORMATION regarding Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the processing of personal data
Data Processing
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to exercise any of the following rights by sending an email to dpo@evplug.ro. EVPlug will respond to your request within a maximum of 7 days from registration:
a. Right of access to Personal Data – the right to obtain from EVPlug confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, the purpose of the processing, and the duration of the processing.
b. Right to rectification – you have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
c. Right to erasure of processed data – you have the right to request that EVPlug delete your personal data, and EVPlug has the obligation to erase such data if:
- the personal data has been used for purposes other than those for which it was collected or processed, or it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for;
- the consent on which the processing was based has been withdrawn;
- the personal data has been processed unlawfully;
- the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
- the data must be erased in order to comply with legal obligations under EU or national law.
d. Right to restrict processing – you have the right to obtain from EVPlug restriction of processing of your personal data in the following cases:
- if the accuracy of the data is contested, for a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the data;
- if the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data;
- if the data subject has exercised their right to object.
e. Right to data portability – the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us with your express consent, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller, including the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.
f. Right to object – you have the right to object at any time, free of charge, to such processing, including profiling, based on your particular situation and for direct marketing purposes.
g. Right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority – if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing at: http://www.dataprotection.ro/
